Currently shipping to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international coming soon.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Email us at support@ridgecarver.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Address. You will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions.
Ship it back. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and select your own return shipping method to your return address.
Get your refund. Full product price refunded within 5–7 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items? Email us with a photo within 48 hours. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged product.
